Product description

This products have following characters: serialization, modularization, multiple functions, complete facility, small volume, light weight and good looking. They meet the requirement of IEC1330 standard and applicable to city public distribution, street lamp power supply, as well as power consumption in industrial/mineral enterprises, high-rises, residential areas, oil fields, jetty and site construction.

Feature

The product consists of HV distribution unit, and LV distribution unit and is divided into HV chamber, transformer chamber and LV. The HV chamber has complete functions, it with HXGN-10 ring main unit forms the primary supply system, may be arranged into several supply modes(ring main supply, terminal supply and dual-source supply) and also may be provided with HV metering elements to meet requirements on HV metering. Model S9,S11 and other low oil-immersed transformers or dry transformers else may be selected. The transformer chamber is designed to have automatic forced air cooling system and lighting system. The LV chamber can constitute user-required power supply schemes in a panel type or cabinet type structure, provide several functions(power distribution, lighting distribution reactive power compensation, and metering of electrical power) to meet users’ different requirements. And facilitate supply management and improve power supply quality.

The HV chamber is compact in structure and is provided with mis-operation preventive interlocking function. Each chamber has automatic and forced lighting device. In addition, all elements in HV and LV chamber are reliable in performance and easy in operation, which makes the products safe and reliable and easy in operation and maintenance.

It adopts both natural ventilation and forced ventilation to each good ventilation and cooling effects. The transformer chamber and LV chamber are provided with air ducts. The blower fan has a temperature controller to automatically start and stop as per the preset temperature, thus ensuring on-load running of transformer.

The casing body prevents rain water and foreign matter from entrance and it is made of hot-galvanized color steel sheet or anti-rust aluminum alloy sheet and subjected to anti-corrosin treatment. It looks artistic, keeps long-term corrosion, water and dust-proof under outdoor conditions, and prolong service life of transformer.

General

YB() series products is a kind of set of equipment which assembles the MV switch apparatus, transformer, LV distribution equipment together according to fixed connection scheme. This series substation is suitable for neighborhood unit, hotel, large-scale work site and high building that the voltage is 12kV /24kV/36kV/40.5kV, the frequency is 50Hz and the capacity is under 2500kvA.

Main Designation Characteristics

The crust of the substation is designed according to the foreign advanced technology and physical reality. We provide many kinds of crust material such as aluminum alloy steel composite stainless steel board and non metal material(glass fiber).

The HV side use charge switch or vacuum circuit breaker. The transformer could be oil type hermetically-sealed type and dry type.

The proof of the box is double layers structure and between the layers is filled with foam. There are independent boards in HV and LV room, and in the transformer room will install auto thermal controller heater and cooling equipment.
