Amorphous alloy Material Introduction
Amorphous alloy material is a low-loss transformer, using a novel energy-saving material . Amorphous alloy strip with iron as the basic elements tighter with silicon and other elements .
Under certain conditions melting using ultra rapid cooling technique and spraying it directly into the cooling
rollers to cast thin .
Amorphous alloy material characteristics
(1) Material is thin , the thickness only 0.025mm, 1/10 of silicon steel
(2) High resistivity is about three times as the silicon steel belt
(3) Non- directional of crystalline arrangement
(4) High frequency usually a few thousand Hertz
(5) Iron loss is small at 1.35T, the loss is only 0.21W/kg ,65% smaller than ordinary silicon steel
